Local to USTO - 1x per week onsite


Ideal Candidate: B.S. with 1-2 years of experience in general project management. Strong time management. Ability to work with basic data and building graphs.
Skills: MS Suites, Viso,
Nice to have: Power automate, Smartsheet.


This person will support an Operations team performing project management and logistics-based tasks for various externally sourced programs.


- Coordinate multi-site logistics activities with external vendors on behalf of *** and collaborate with various internal organizations in support of outsourced programs.
- Manage the transfer of large data files between company and external vendors with accuracy, and maintain in an organized fashion.
- Manage all documentation in an orderly manner, including Meeting Minutes and distribution.
- Manage SharePoint (or similar) site for information and communications, developing FAQs, etc.
- Maintain and manage documents pertaining to project meetings, decisions, data, etc.
