Lebe Law seeks an attorney to assist with the firm's prosecution of those cases. The responsibilities will include litigation from case inception to class certification to trial, including conducting intakes, preparing complaints, conducting discovery, preparing for depositions, preparing class certification motions, and litigating appeals.
