Job Description

1. College degree or above, have certain English conversation ability, familiar with wine English language;
2. Familiar with the service process, regulations and requirements of bartenders in star-rated hotels;
3. Professional qualification certificate for bartenders, with more than 1 year experience in bartending;
4. Have the knowledge of wine cost management and accounting, master the cost of all kinds of drinks, the level of gross profit, and control the cost consumption;
5. able to communicate in English and Chinese. 1.Responsible for the production of bar drinks and the configuration of various wine products;

1. Prepare drinks for various activities;
2. Responsible for the sanitation and inventory of lobby bar, timely check and replenish the reserve of bar drinks;
3. Develop new wine products irregularly.
