Our Financial Fitness Associates are trained in a unique marketing system that enables them to build independent sales offices and serve a wide customer demographic, empowering individuals to take control of their financial future.

Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Commissioned Sales Associate to join the FinFit Life team. This role offers flexibility, with both part-time and full-time opportunities available, and can be done remotely. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for promoting our innovative financial fitness programs, reaching out to potential clients, and closing sales. You will have the opportunity to build and nurture relationships with clients, understand their financial needs, and deliver personalized solutions to help them achieve financial wellness.

In this role, you will operate as part of a dynamic network, growing your own independent sales office while making a meaningful impact on your clients’ financial health.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell financial fitness programs , utilizing the John Hancock Vitality™ platform
• Build and foster strong client relationships, offering tailored financial solutions to help them reach their goals
• Proactively engage with potential clients through outreach and follow-up
• Close sales and achieve commission-based targets
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
• Manage your schedule independently in a remote work environment, balancing multiple priorities
• Stay updated on financial products and services to ensure you provide the best options for clients

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport
• Experience in sales , marketing , or customer service (preferably in commission-based roles)
• Ability to work independently and remotely, with a focus on business development
• Knowledge or interest in financial products and services is a plus
• Highly goal-oriented with a proven ability to achieve sales targets
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills
• Previous experience in financial planning or insurance sales is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required)
