Job Overview Berry Paving & Concrete Construction Co Inc is seeking skilled Concrete Finishers to join our team. In this role, you will work on commercial and government projects, performing essential concrete finishing tasks, including smoothing, leveling, and texturing surfaces. Responsibilities Include - Smooth, level, and finish freshly poured concrete using hand and power tools
- Set concrete forms and ensure proper alignment and depth
- Apply finishing techniques such as troweling, edging, and stamping
- Repair and resurface existing concrete structures
- Work with supervisors and crew members to complete projects efficiently
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment, following all OSHA safety regulations
- Load, unload, and organize materials and equipment at job sites
- Perform other construction-related duties as assigned
Qualifications - Experience in concrete finishing or a similar role is preferred but not required - we are willing to train the right candidate
- Knowledge of concrete materials, tools, and finishing techniques
- Ability to read and follow blueprints, drawings, and project plans
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to travel to job sites
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying weather conditions
- Team player with strong communication skills

Work Schedule - Full-time position
