Job Title: Digital Graphic Designer

About the Role:

We’re seeking a Digital Graphic Designer to join our creative team. This role will be responsible for designing engaging digital experiences across email, social media, websites, and apps. You’ll collaborate with various teams to ensure designs are aligned with our brand, enhance user experience, and meet business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creative process from concept to execution for digital assets across multiple platforms.
  • Design compelling, user-focused content that strengthens the brand’s digital presence.
  • Work with cross-functional teams (e-commerce, marketing, IT) to ensure designs are on-brand and user-friendly.
  • Present and refine design concepts, ensuring consistency across digital platforms.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in digital design with a focus on customer-centric, digital-first design.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva Pro, and experience with Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD.
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and basic front-end coding (HTML/CSS).
  • Experience with digital marketing and e-commerce strategies.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining quality.
  • A passion for design with expertise in typography, layout, and color theory.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with video editing or animated content.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and analytics tools like Google Analytics.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and AI-driven design tools.
