Who We’re Looking For:

✔ Experienced drivers who are confident in their driving skills

✔ Patient and clear communicators – Teaching requires patience, encouragement, and a friendly attitude

✔ Bilingual/multilingual candidates preferred – Speaking Hindi, Punjabi, Urdu, Gujarati, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, or English is a plus

✔ Women instructors highly encouraged to apply – Many female students prefer learning from female instructors

✔ No teaching experience? No problem! – If you’re an experienced and responsible driver, we’ll help you get certified

✔ Reliable & professional – Our students rely on instructors to show up on time and provide a great learning experience

Requirements:

Valid U.S. Driver’s License (must be active for at least 3+ years)

Clean driving record (No major violations in the last 3 years)

Must be at least 21 years old

Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder (Work visa holders do not qualify under Texas licensing rules)

Comfortable working with students of different experience levels

Able to pass a background check (fingerprinting required by the state of Texas)

Task 1 – Teaching Scenario

Scenario:

You’re working with a 17-year-old student who is extremely nervous and hesitant behind the wheel. They brake too hard, forget to check their mirrors, and are visibly frustrated with themselves. After just 15 minutes, they say:

“I don’t think I can do this. I’m just not a good driver.”

Question:

In 4–6 sentences, explain what you would say to this student to keep them encouraged, motivated, and focused on finishing the lesson.

Task 2 – Curveball Scenario

Scenario:

You’re running late due to unexpected traffic. Your phone is about to die, and you realize you won’t make it to your student’s first lesson on time. The student doesn’t have any other way of contacting you, and they’re already anxious about driving.

Question:

In 3–5 sentences, describe what you would do before and after your phone dies to keep things professional and ensure the student doesn’t lose trust in you.
