Job Description

- Key Responsibilities:

  1. Global HR Operations Support.
  2. Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, payroll, benefits, transfers, offboarding) for US/Europe and global teams.
  3. Ensure compliance with US/Europe labor laws, tax regulations, and data privacy standards (e.g., FLSA, GDPR).
  4. Collaborate with global teams to resolve operational issues.
  5. Data & System Management:
  6. Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems.
  7. Generate HR metrics and reports to drive data-backed decisions.
  8. Process Optimization:
  9. Identify automation opportunities to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  10. Update HR policies and documentation for global alignment.
  11. Stakeholder Collaboration:
  12. Partner with Finance, Legal and Public Affairs teams for cross-functional initiatives.
  13. Deliver training to employees/managers on HR systems and policies.

- Requirements: Experience:

  1. About 5 years in HR operations, with hands-on experience supporting US regions (mandatory).
  2. Expertise in Massachusetts labor and employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
  3. Best to obtain experiences of US TriNet system
  4. Exposure to Europe and other region's HR practices is a strong plus.
  5. Education & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  6. Proficiency in HR related platforms and MS Office (advanced Excel skills required).
  7. In-depth knowledge of US employment laws; familiarity with Australian regulations preferred.
  8. Competencies: Exceptional English communication (written/verbal) for global collaboration.
  9. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  10. Adaptable to fast-paced, multicultural environments.
