Industrial Maintenance Technician

Location: Bedford, OH

Hours: Mon - Fri, 08:00 - 17:00

Pay rate: $30 - $40 p/hr

Start date: Immediate start available

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician to work in a modern manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our industrial equipment and facilities. This role requires a strong background in industrial maintenance and mechanics, along with excellent problem-solving skills. The Maintenance Technician will play a crucial role in maintaining equipment functionality, enhancing operational efficiency, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of industrial machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems.
• Utilize tools such as voltmeters to analyze electrical issues and perform necessary repairs.
• Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement in maintenance processes.
• Provide technical support and customer service to internal teams as required.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a maintenance technician in a manufacturing environment
• Strong analytical skills to diagnose issues on motors, pumps, or HVAC.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, including wiring, troubleshooting, and repairing circuits, sensors, and control systems.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow safety guidelines consistently.
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing technologies within the industry.
