We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented IT Operations Administrator to join our IT department. This is an entry-level role, ideal for someone with a degree or master's in Information Technology, who is looking to gain hands-on experience in IT operations. In this role, you will assist the team with supporting day-to-day IT activities, developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), helping with recruitment, ensuring project deadlines are met, and supporting the setup of live events. You will also be involved in managing and tracking the ticketing system, including ticket resolution and reporting.

This is a great opportunity for recent graduates to begin their IT career. With experience and training, you will have the potential to grow within the IT department into roles such as helpdesk support, project management, or systems administration.
This position is on-site in Aventura, FL, and operates during regular business hours from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm with additional hours/times as needed. Only Candidates residing in the Miami-Fort Lauderdale area will be considered.
