Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Lab Technician with a background in packaging or cosmetics to join our team. This role is critical to developing and ensuring the quality of innovative packaging solutions tailored to the beauty industry.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical, chemical, and compatibility testing of packaging materials to ensure quality standards.
• Use Fishbowl ERP to manage inventory, track testing materials, and maintain accurate records.
• Support the development and validation of new packaging designs for cosmetic products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess product compatibility with packaging solutions.
• Accurately document all testing procedures, findings, and results.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure accurate testing outcomes.
• Follow safety standards, protocols, and industry regulations.

Qualifications

• Degree or certification in Chemistry, Material Science, or a related field.
• Experience in packaging or cosmetics is required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of quality control processes and regulatory compliance within the cosmetics or packaging industry.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Pay Range: $20/hour to $27/hr

Hours: Full Time
