LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Legal Administrative Assistant for a full-time position in Atlanta, GA. This role provides essential legal secretarial and administrative support to assigned attorneys, including preparing documents, handling client communication, organizing files, and managing calendars. The assistant will also handle travel arrangements, expense reports, and other clerical duties as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide legal secretarial and administrative support to assigned attorneys
• Prepare letters, memos, pleadings, and other documents
• Manage travel arrangements and submit expense reports
• Handle client, opposing counsel, and other communications
• Maintain filing systems (physical and electronic)
• Answer phone calls and enter attorney time
• Prepare and send correspondence as needed
• Maintain attorney calendars and provide backup support to other team members
Minimum Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience as a Legal Secretary or Administrative Assistant in a law firm
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
• Excellent prioritization and communication skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Adobe, and legal billing software
• Ability to support multiple attorneys and work in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable, trustworthy, and able to maintain confidentiality
Salary:
$65,000-$70,000/yr.
