What You’ll Do:

• Act with integrity and professionalism in all customer and colleague interactions.
• Consult with consumers about their mortgage options, providing expert guidance on loan products.
• Pursue leads from satisfied customer referrals, real estate agents, and financial advisors.
• Ensure all loan applications and disclosures comply with federal and state regulations.
• Stay ahead of industry trends through continuous training and education.
• Identify potential red flags for mortgage fraud and uphold fair lending policies.
• Contribute to company growth by suggesting improvements in efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated professionals with the ability to generate and maintain client relationships.
• Commitment to compliance and ethical lending practices.
• Active NMLS license or willingness to obtain one.
• Education requirement: H.S. Diploma or equivalent.
