We're looking for a hands-on, adaptable Maintenance Technician who’s excited to roll up their sleeves and be part of something from the ground up.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Experience

· 3+ years of maintenance experience in a food manufacturing environment

· Skilled in industrial electrical systems

· Experienced in welding and fabrication (preferred; compensated at a higher wage if applicable)

· Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

· Familiar with GMP, OSHA, FDA, and food safety regulation

· Able to work independently and as a part of a team

· Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

· Basic computer skills, including the ability to use email and place orders online.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

· Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and facility equipment

· Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

· Conduct welding and fabrication for equipment repair and improvement (preferred; compensated at a higher wage if applicable)

· Execute sanitary welding tasks (preferred; compensated at a higher wage if applicable)

· Maintain detailed maintenance logs and comply with all safety regulations (GMP, OSHA, FDA)

· Respond quickly to breakdowns and emergency repairs to minimize downtime

· Collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure smooth operations

· Monitor and maintain spare parts inventory, submitting orders as needed

· Support equipment installations, upgrades, and commissioning projects

· Maintain a clean & organized maintenance work area and support plant-wide sanitation standards

· Be available for on-call support and after-hours maintenance needs when required
