Marketing Associate

LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a marketing associate with 1 or more years of experience for a contract opportunity for a well-established non profit organization. This position is hybrid in Washington DC. This is a great role that offers the opportunity to work with a results-oriented and dedicated team.

Responsibilities:

• Support the development of public-facing direct marketing materials from inception to completion, encompassing digital fundraising, direct mail, SMS communications, online advertising, and workplace giving campaigns.
• Utilize our CRM to extract data, create landing pages, and track performance.
• Oversee the creation and progress of direct marketing calendars. Continuously monitor our overall communications strategy to ensure timely delivery and alignment with organizational goal

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or related fields.
• Proficient in CRM software.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
• A positive “can-do” service-oriented attitude is essential.

Experience:

• 1-2 years of marketing experience

Employment Type: Open ended contract

Compensation: $23.00-$29.00 per hour
