Job Opportunity for Plaintiff Litigation Paralegal to Join a Highly Reputable Firm

About:

• Versatile, adaptable group of attorneys, paralegals, case managers, intake specialists and other team members who take a team approach to delivering superb results to their clients
• Primarily a 1:1 set up! Work closely alongside your attorney to support each case from inception through settlement or trial

Job description

• Order medical records
• Draft complaints
• Propound discovery & put together discovery shells
• Schedule depositions
• Calendar management
• E-file at the state level

Requirements & Desirable Skillsets

• Plaintiff civil litigation experience req’d
• Knowledge of state and local civil procedures, court rules and deadlines req’d
• Trial support experience a plus, not req’d
• Bilingual in any language a plus, not req'd

Compensation, Benefits, Perks & Add’l Info

• Up to $ 80-90k annual pay DOE
