Job Title: Project Estimator – Glass & Glazing

Location: Tampa, FL (Onsite)

Salary: Up to $120,000 (based on experience)

Relocation Assistance: Available for the right candidate

Overview:

I’m partnering with a well-established glass and glazing contractor in Tampa, FL , currently looking to add an experienced Project Estimator to their team. This is a key role responsible for accurately pricing and bidding commercial glass and glazing projects.

What We're Looking For:

We're seeking someone with hands-on estimating experience in one or more of the following scopes:

• Storefront
• Stick/Unitized Curtain Wall
• ACM Panels
• Handrails
• Glass Canopies
• Punch Windows
• Other custom glazing systems

Key Responsibilities:

• Review drawings, specifications, and project documents
• Perform accurate takeoffs and prepare competitive bids
• Source material pricing and subcontractor quotes
• Collaborate with project managers and sales teams on pre-construction planning
• Maintain and grow relationships with vendors and GC clients

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience estimating commercial glass & glazing projects
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and shop drawings
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency with estimating software (Excel, Bluebeam, or similar)
• Onsite role – relocation assistance offered for the right candidate
