Position : Real Estate Analyst

Working Schedule : 9AM - 5PM EST

Salary Range : $1,500 - $2,500 (the final salary will be determined by the candidate's level of experience and at the discretion of the client)

With significant capital investment and a strong drive to scale, the company seeks dedicated support to streamline operations and enable faster, data-driven decisions for land acquisition projects.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Analyst to join our clients team. This role is essential to help identify and assess land purchase opportunities while supporting overall business development goals. Reporting directly to the founder, the Analyst will be responsible for conducting market research, connecting with brokers, and performing preliminary financial and strategic analysis on potential properties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Land Identification & Assessment : Locate viable land properties and reach out to brokers to gather property information and opportunities for acquisition.
  • Market & Financial Analysis : Perform in-depth market research, preliminary financial modeling, and value assessment to support land acquisition decisions.
  • Strategic Development Insights : Analyze development potential, with an emphasis on renewable energy and battery storage projects as relevant.
  • Lead Management & Communication : Track and follow up with potential leads, manage broker communications, and provide timely updates on property evaluations.

Requirements

  • Experience in Real Estate Analysis : 3-5 years of experience in real estate or land development , with a solid understanding of market analysis, land valuation, and acquisition strategies.
  • Analytical & Critical Thinking Skills : Strong analytical skills and the ability to evaluate multiple data points to drive informed decisions.
  • Excellent Communication Skills : High proficiency in English, with the ability to interact effectively with brokers, stakeholders, and internal team members.
  • Independence & Initiative : Proactive in seeking out new land opportunities, managing contacts, and driving analysis without constant oversight.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Industry Knowledge : Experience with renewable energy projects, battery storage, or sustainable land development is a plus.
  • Tech Savvy : Proficiency in common real estate analysis tools, financial modeling software, or comparable data tools.
