The Company is currently seeking an Analyst or Associate to join its dynamic and growing team. This is an opportunity to join a pioneering, highly sophisticated impact investing platform at the ground floor and play a central role in the fund’s trajectory.

Qualified candidates should have 1-5 years of experience in investment banking, real estate or other finance-related role. Candidates are ideally looking for relevant principal investing experience at a private equity firm and in the field of social impact investing. Opportunity for direct promotion to Associate or Associate Director and above.

Responsibilities

1. Supporting the underwriting of investments, including conducting market research, feasibility analysis on investments, and delivery of Investment Summaries.
2. Extensive financial modeling, including ability to analyze investment cash flows and structure scenario-based models.
3. Initiating and coordinating efforts to procure debt financing; negotiating terms with potential lenders.
4. Manage outreach and build relationships with healthcare providers to find new investment opportunities.
5. Preparation of quarterly reporting materials.
6. Organizing and preparing materials for Annual Investor Meeting.
7. Travelling to various U.S. regions for business development.

Qualifications

1. Strong quantitative skills and 1-5 years of experience in investment banking, real estate, or other finance-related roles.
2. Candidates will be required to take a financial modeling case study.
3. Strong oral and written presentation skills.
4. Meticulous attention to detail, ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
5. Proactive and self-motivated, with strong work ethic.
6. Superior proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
7. A Bachelors’ degree or greater.
8. Passion for community development and economic development.
9. Experience in real estate finance is preferred, but not required; demonstrated interest in healthcare is preferred.
