In this hands-on role, you'll work behind the scenes of our thrift store, ensuring that one-of-a-kind pieces are selected, priced competitively, and ready for sale. You will also train and guide other team members to recognize vintage treasures and set them aside for your expert evaluation.

  • Establish Pricing Standards: Research, evaluate, and set competitive prices based on condition, desirability, era, brand, and market demand.
  • Train your Team: Train and educate team members to recognize and set aside potential vintage pieces for assessment.
  • Authenticate & Assess: Distinguish between true vintage, authentic name brands, reproductions, and modern pieces with vintage styling.
  • Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep up with sought-after brands, popular eras, and retro fashion movements to ensure our selections meet customer demand.
  • Manage Inventory: Maintain an organized system for tracking and documenting vintage pieces, ensuring accurate stock management and efficient workflow.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with the retail team to maintain an exciting, well-curated vintage collection.
  • Promote Sustainable Fashion: Support our mission of sustainable fashion by repurposing and curating quality vintage finds.
