We are excited to partner with a school district in Westwood, MA, to find a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join their team for an opportunity starting May 2nd, 2025. This position will run through May 30th, 2025, with the possibility of an extension through June 16th, 2025.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced SLP who is eager to make a direct impact on elementary students' speech and language development. You will be providing a mix of consultative services, direct therapy, and testing to help students achieve their communication goals in a supportive school environment.

Position Details:

• Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Location: Westwood, MA
• Start Date: May 2, 2025
• End Date: May 30, 2025 (possible extension through June 16, 2025)
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM
• Caseload: Elementary students

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to elementary students.
• Conduct assessments to evaluate students' speech and language needs.
• Develop and implement individualized plans and strategies to support students' speech and communication goals.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to ensure an integrated approach to students' development.
• Track progress and report on students’ performance and improvement.

Qualifications:

• Must be licensed to practice as an SLP in Massachusetts (or eligible for state licensure).
• Must hold the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DES) certification.
