Now Hiring: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) — Full-Time or Part-Time | Near St. Paul, MN Area | $48–$57/hr

Position Highlights:

• Role : Contract Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Location : Schools near St. Paul, MN
• Schedule : Full-time or part-time options available, Monday–Friday during school hours
• School Year : 2024–2025 (with renewal option)
• Caseload : Openings at the Elementary, Middle, and High School levels
• Pay : $48–$57/hr (flexible based on experience)

We provide mentorship, support, and resources to help you thrive in your first school-based role.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide speech and language therapy services to students in accordance with their IEPs
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students’ speech and language needs
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to support student progress
• Maintain accurate records and document student performance and progress
• Create a positive, inclusive therapy environment that encourages student growth

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active or pending Minnesota SLP License and ASHA CCCs (CFs encouraged to apply!)
• Prior school-based or pediatric experience is a plus, but not required
