About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Air Export Coordinator to join my client's growing logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing air freight shipments from start to finish, ensuring smooth operations, compliance with international regulations, and top-tier customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule air freight shipments, ensuring timely and efficient transportation.
• Prepare and process export documentation.
• Communicate with airlines, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and customers to provide shipment updates and resolve any issues.
• Track shipments and proactively address delays or disruptions.
• Negotiate freight rates and coordinate pricing with clients.
• Process invoices and ensure accurate billing.
• Maintain organized records and documentation for audits and compliance reviews.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 2+ years of experience in air export operations.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and logistics software (preferably CargoWise).
