IDR is seeking a Business Office Analyst to join one of our top healthcare clients in Dallas, TX and make a direct impact on cash flow and billing operations. Duties:

• Investigate and resolve DNFB (Discharged, Not Final Billed) patient accounts
• Use Cerner to access patient billing information and account history.
• Identify billing roadblocks (e.g., incorrect insurance plan, missing charges, system errors).
• Work cross-functionally with corporate teams to fix account errors.
• Ensure claims are finalized and submitted promptly to support cash flow.
• Monitor unbilled AR and work accounts to minimize backlog.
• Log findings and maintain proper documentation for audits and follow-up.

Must-Have Skills:

• Experience with Cerner Software
• 3-5 years of experience in working Denied A/R and underpaid medical accounts
• 3+ years in Revenue Cycle and/or Business office roles
• Strong experience working with unbilled AR and DNFB workflows
• Nice to Have Experience in a Corporate Business Office (CBO) setting
• Understand claim submission workflows & payer requirements
• Exposure to charge entry or billing systems (even if not coding directly)
