• Act as a subject matter expert to the InRhythm Community internally and externally

What you are really good at:

• 5+ years of professional experience in backend software development
• Deep expertise with Java (preferably JDK 17 or higher) and the Spring Boot ecosystem
• Proven track record of leading or contributing to framework upgrades and modernization initiatives
• Strong background in secure software development practices
• Experience working with Kafka and familiarity with Axon Framework or similar CQRS/event sourcing libraries
• Passion for automation and reducing manual toil via scripting, tooling, and DevOps practices
• Hands-on experience with observability tools and techniques
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skillss

What makes you stand out from the pack:

• Experience with Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and event-driven architectures
• Knowledge of Terraform, Helm, or GitOps practices
• Exposure to threat modeling or security tooling (e.g., Snyk, SonarQube, Fortify)
