We are currently seeking a passionate and committed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a dynamic multidisciplinary team in DeKalb County, IL for the 2025-2026 school year to provide speech and language therapies for students of all ages.

Position Details:

• Location: In-person (no hybrid or remote options available)
• Schedule: Full time, 35 hours per week
• Grade Levels: Various
• Caseload: TBD
• Start Date: August 11th, 2025
• End Date: May 22nd, 2025

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide therapy services to support students’ speech, language, and communication needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine students' needs and track progress.
• Document and maintain accurate records of student progress and interventions.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; CFY candidates may be considered.
• Speech Language Pathology License in the state of Illinois.
• Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL).
• Previous school-based or pediatric experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
